As a Virtual Assistant, I offer a wide variety of services, including project management, blog management, formatting Mailchimp and Constant Contact email campaigns and managing subscriber lists, online research, helping you manage your email, transcription (audio and video), managing calendars, and social tasks like sending out thank-you cards and making travel arrangements, Canva media creation, ticket management, and so much more.

As an Operations Manager, I offer business management services. These include website updates (with WordPress skills in particular), company organization, organizing and creating company processes, company client management, social media maintenance, marketing assistance, to name a few!

I am extremely organized, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and I have years of customer service experience. I have a passion for helping people with the aspects of their business they cannot do on their own, which is why I love what I do!
