Danielle has spent over a decade becoming what her clients call her best quality: someone who just gets it — and gets it done.

She founded Danielle LeBaron & Co. in 2016 with a clear mission: help smart, overwhelmed business owners reclaim their time without sacrificing the growth they’ve worked so hard for. What started as a way to build something of her own while raising her kids has grown into a full-service virtual assistant agency trusted by businesses across industries.

With deep experience in operations, administration, project management, and marketing support, Danielle has become a true working chameleon — adapting quickly to whatever her clients need and showing up as a reliable, invested partner every time.

When she’s not working, you can find her wrangling four kids, four dogs, and her very patient husband — or deep in the latest Marvel movie. (No spoilers, please.)!


Stephen LeBaron Director of Client Success & Training

Stephen brings a decade of customer support leadership to Danielle LeBaron & Co., and he’s the kind of person who makes every team, client, and conversation better for having been in it.

Over the course of his career, Stephen has held roles in customer support management, onboarding, client success, and director-level leadership. But what sets him apart isn’t the titles — it’s what he leaves behind. Every team he’s led has gone on to advance, promote, and grow in their own careers. That’s not a coincidence. That’s the Stephen effect.

He’s a skilled public speaker and a natural trainer who genuinely loves the craft of helping people get better at what they do. Ask his former colleagues and they’ll tell you the same thing: Stephen has a gift for finding exactly the right words. He specializes in saying it better, because how you say something really does matter, whether you’re writing a client email, delivering feedback, or building a team from scratch.

At Danielle LeBaron & Co., Stephen brings that same precision and care to every client relationship, making sure communication is clear, onboarding is seamless, and the people we work with always feel supported.

When he’s not wordsmithing something into its best possible version, you’ll find him keeping up with four kids, four dogs, and one very capable wife.


Meet Megan! Drawing from a background in administrative management and customer service, she brings a human touch to virtual assistance.

Megan has worked as an administrative assistant for 4+ years, has been an organizer for a non-profit pop-culture convention since 2017, and began working with Danielle as a freelancer in October of 2022.

With an array of skills including graphic design, marketing, SEO, content writing, customer service, and nonprofit work, she describes herself as a jack-of-all-trades; quick to learn and highly adaptable to the task at hand.

In her free time, she enjoys creative writing, creating fantasy illustrations, visiting antique markets, trips to the ocean, and spending time with friends.
