Danielle is the owner and founder of Danielle LeBaron Virtual Assistant Agency. She started the company in early 2016 as a way to find financial and entrepreneurial freedom while being home with her kids.
Danielle finds immense joy and personal satisfaction in lightening the loads of stressed-out, overworked business owners. She understands the struggles of running a business while also attempting to maintain a semblance of work-life balance. With over a decade of business management and administrative experience with a vast array of clientele, she has become a working chameleon, able to adapt to whatever needs her clients have.
When she’s not working you can find Danielle spending time with her husband, four kids, four dogs, or nerding out over the latest Marvel movie!

Meet Megan! Drawing from a background in administrative management and customer service, she brings a human touch to virtual assistance.
Megan has worked as an administrative assistant for 4+ years, has been an organizer for a non-profit pop-culture convention since 2017, and began working with Danielle as a freelancer in October of 2022.
With an array of skills including graphic design, marketing, SEO, content writing, customer service, and nonprofit work, she describes herself as a jack-of-all-trades; quick to learn and highly adaptable to the task at hand.
In her free time, she enjoys creative writing, creating fantasy illustrations, visiting antique markets, trips to the ocean, and spending time with friends.
